A Women's individual contraceptive needs periods can change dramatically over their lifetime. Pregnancy and desired family size, relationships and pathology such as fibroids, adenomyosis and endometriosis all effect the contraceptive choice of women at different points in their lives.
Dr Felicity Gould is a practicing Gynaecologist and a fellow of the Royal Australian and NewZealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She is fully trained in the insertion of Intra-uterine devices (IUD) such a the Mirena, and in the use of implantables such as the Implanon. Felicity strives to individualise the management of contraception for each patient depending on their medical history and expectations.
