We are located on Glenferrie Road between High street and Malvern road on the city side - just up the hill from the 'Very Special Kids' estate. We occupy a newly renovated white victorian home with a group of other specialists.

Parking:

Limited parking only is available on site. However, there is ample free parking in the surrounding streets of Glenferrie Road and Haverbrack Ave. Take note of parking signs and restrictions, however there are many 2 hour parks within only a few minutes walk to the rooms. 

Trams:

  • Tram 16 Stop 58. (Melbourne Uni - Kew via St Kilda) - The number 16 tram runs along Glenferrie Road from Kew to Melbourne Uni via St Kilda and stops a short distance from the rooms. Alight at Stop 58 (Bell street)

  • Tram 6 Stop 44. (Moreland-Glen Iris) - The number 6 tram runs along High Street Malvern/Armadale and it is a short walk up Glenferrie Road to the rooms from stop 44 at the corner of Glenferrie Road and High Street.

  • Tram 72 Stop 43. (Melbourne Uni - Camberwell) - The number 72 tram runs along Malvern Road Malvern/Armadale and it is a short walk down Glenferrie Road to the rooms from stop 43 at the corner of Glenferrie and and Malvern Roads.

Train:

  • Frankston line - Malvern Station - Malvern Station is on the Frankston line. The station is a 15-20 minute walk down Glenferrie road from the rooms or a short tram ride. If contining by tram, the rooms can be reached by catching a number 16 tram up Glenferrie road from Malvern Station to stop 58 (Bell Street). .

Welcome to our Parkville Rooms

PARKVILLE ROOMS - Level 6 Frances Perry House

Frances Perry house is co-located with the Royal Women’s Hospital on the Corner of Flemington Road and Grattan street in Parkville.  Our consulting suite is on level 6 and can be easily accessed by elevators from the ground and lower ground levels. Please present the Frances Perry main reception desk on arrival.

 

Trams

The following tram routes provide easy access to Frances Perry House:

  • Tram 19, Stop 10. North Coburg to Elizabeth Street, stops at the corner of Royal Parade and Grattan Street.

  • Tram 58, Stop 14. West Coburg to Toorak, stops at the corner of Grattan Street and Flemington Road.

  • Tram 59, Stop 14. Airport West to Elizabeth Street, stops at the corner of Grattan Street and Flemington Road.

  • Tram 57, Stop 19. West Maribyrnong – City / Flinders Street Station via Maribyrnong > Flemington > Nth Melbourne, stops at the corner of Flemington Rd / Royal Park / Royal Children’s Hospital.

  • Trams numbered 1 and 22, and those marked ‘Melbourne University’, travel along Swanston Street and stop two blocks from the hospital.

Buses

  • Bus 402 from opposite St Vincent's Hospital in Victoria Parade, stops on Grattan Street.

  • Bus 401 from opposite North Melbourne Terminus in Ireland Street, stops on Grattan Street.

  • Bus 203 Port Melbourne to Bulleen via the city, travels along Lygon Street, several blocks from the hospital.

  • Bus 546 Heidelberg to Melbourne University, travels along Swanston Street, several blocks from the hospital.

  • Bus 205 Doncaster via Kew Junction and Melbourne University, travels along Swanston Street, several blocks from the hospital.

Taxis

There is a taxi rank in front of the hospital in Grattan St.

Car Parking

Underground car parking is available at the Hospital Building co-located with the Royal Women’s Hospital. The car park is accessed from Flemington Rd. 

There are dedicated spaces for visitors and patients and a small number of short-term (30 minute) parking spaces for pick-up and drop-off only at the Lower Ground Level, also off Flemington Rd.

There are a number of parking bays set aside for disabled visitors and patients on level B1.

Limited street meter parking is available in streets surrounding the hospital.
